Ms. Elizabeth Miller

Elizabeth is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and the founder of Soulistic Nutrition, a health coaching company that works with women and communities to better health outcomes through coaching, education, and programs. Her studies in sociology, yoga, and nutrition have encouraged her to take an intersectional approach to her work. Nourish Me is her current signature program, where she works with driven women to transform their relationship with food so they can have the energy to fulfill their soul’s purpose. Elizabeth’s work focuses on the individual, wading through the confusing information on health & wellness, and creates a patient, compassionate environment to form better habits and find nourishment from the inside out.

Ms. Victoria Miller

Victoria: Victoria recently moved into a career at a Global Non-Profit Organization that consults clients in Equity and Diversity. During the pandemic she became active in her local City Council Election, and continues to be an active participant in her Queens community. She holds a Holistic Health Coach Certification from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and a BA in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College. Victoria was an actress, and performer in New York City for over a decade, and brings in her experience of connection to the body into her daily work. She is an activist, and looks to uplift those around her. Victoria leads virtual group sessions weekly on stress management. Description:

In “Managing Stress and Overwhelm for a Nourished You,” attendees will learn how to move from the Instagram version of self-care to deep, nourishing, healing self-care that works in the real world. Attendees will be led through reflection to create self-care habits they can implement immediately in their daily lives.

Objective:

To educate young doctors on how to prioritize & implement self-care to manage their stress.

Outcome:

Attendees will learn effective strategies for managing stress, and will move through exercises to help them ground into the present moment.
