Elizabeth is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and the founder of Soulistic Nutrition, a health coaching company that works with women and communities to better health outcomes through coaching, education, and programs. Her studies in sociology, yoga, and nutrition have encouraged her to take an intersectional approach to her work. Nourish Me is her current signature program, where she works with driven women to transform their relationship with food so they can have the energy to fulfill their soul’s purpose. Elizabeth’s work focuses on the individual, wading through the confusing information on health & wellness, and creates a patient, compassionate environment to form better habits and find nourishment from the inside out.
