Alex Molayem, DDS
Dr. Alex Molayem is a respected third-generation dentist with a distinguished background in dental education and entrepreneurship. He completed his DDS at UCLA School of Dentistry in 2008 and an AEGD at Columbia University thereafter. Dr. Molayem founded and operated five dental practices before co-founding Pair Dental, a marketplace for traveling specialty, which was later acquired by Cloud Dentistry. Currently, as the Chief Revenue Officer at Orthosnap, he oversees clear aligner education, marketing, and customer success, demonstrating his commitment to advancing dental care.
Course Description:
Attendees will learn concrete and actionable strategies for achieving clear aligner success in the GP practice. In the first section, we’ll discuss the industry metrics that have created this opportunity and how new technologies have made specialty care an attractive opportunity for GPs. In the next chapter we’ll discuss the specific qualities of clear aligner therapy and patient interaction that create treatment success and eliminate refinements. In the final chapter, we’ll discuss tips and techniques for integrating and growing clear aligners int he GP practice.
At the end of this course, attendees will feel encouraged and confident to get started with clear aligner cases in their practice. They’ll have a good understanding of case selection, a deeper understanding of the qualities of clear aligners that create success or failure. They’ll learn about necessary tools and equipment, gain scripts for discussing therapy with patients, and understand how to comfortably perform these workflows in their practice.
