GENERAL INFORMATION

The Planning Board of the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting is pleased to invite you, your staff and colleagues to attend the 2023 Annual Session on Tuesday, April 25th and Wednesday, April 26th at the Hilton Hotel in Melville, New York. All sessions will be held in the Hilton Hotel, to include full and half-day scientific programs and table clinics with over 140Exhibitions displaying the latest in technology, equipment, supplies and services.

The Exhibition Hall will open on Tuesday, April 25th at 4:00 pm, hosting a complimentary cocktail reception, live entertainment and Exhibitor raffles, giving the doctor the chance to win multiple prizes! Wednesday, April 26th will feature a world-class scientific program where up to 12 hours of continuing education can be obtained.

On Wednesday April 13th we will host a complimentary happy hour with a $1,000 grand prize ($500 cash + $500 vendor voucher) for all those who attend either a full day session or two half day sessions.

PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST – $250 for first prize and certificates awarded to second and third place winners. The Photography Contest entry form can be found here.

TABLE CLINICS will be held in the Exhibition Hall on Wednesday, April 13th from from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Two First Place Prizes will be awarded: Residents/Students – First Place $250 and Hygienists – First Place $250.

VIEWING THE EXHIBITIONS IS ALWAYS FREE OF CHARGE, BUT PARTICIPANT BUT BE REGISTERED.

Disability Act, please inform GLIDM a minimum of two days in advance of the Meeting.

DO YOU WEAR A PACEMAKER?
If you wear a pacemaker, we do suggest that you avoid being in the vicinity of demonstrations of the following, since these could cause an erratic performance of the pacemaker: electrosurgery, ultrasonics, induction casing, electronically controlled timers, electric pulp testers, wireless intercom systems or any arcing electric motors.
