Benjamin P. Malerba, Esq. is the chair of Rivkin Radler’s Health Services practice and a member of its Privacy, Data & Cyber Law practice. He counsels a cross-section of healthcare providers, facilities and businesses on transactional issues and on security breaches related to HIPAA.
